A roofing warranty is only as good as (a) the contract language and (b) the contractor still being in business to honour it. Out-of-province storm chasers offer “lifetime” warranties from companies that won’t exist in five years. Good Roofing is Calgary-resident and our warranty terms are on every signed contract.

Any leak or installation defect tied to our work — for ten years from the date we finish.

What the warranty doesn’t cover
We’re explicit about scope so you’re never surprised.
- 01Acts of God (hail, falling tree, fire) — those are insurance events
- 02Manufacturer defects in the shingle itself — covered by the separate manufacturer warranty
- 03Damage from your own modifications (satellite dish install, etc.)
- 04Wear beyond the shingle’s expected life
