Why Calgary roofing reviews are harder to trust than most
Search “roofing reviews Calgary” today and the results fall into three buckets, none of which actually teaches you how to evaluate a review. Directory sites like HomeStars and the BBB list contractors and aggregate star counts, but neither one verifies that a Calgary-specific license or WCB account is current before a company gets listed. Individual roofers’ own “testimonials” pages show only the reviews they chose to publish, which is not a neutral sample by definition. - 03Reviewer accounts with only one review, created the same week. Click into a reviewer’s profile. If it was created recently and has no other review history, weigh it less.
- 04Pressure to leave a review before the job is finished or the final inspection happens. We don't door-knock. We don't pressure-sell. We don't show up uninvited after storms. A crew asking for a five-star review before the last course of shingles is on is optimizing for volume, not accuracy.
